Mentor applicants are vetted based on current role, professional experience and availability
Tenured c-suite leader in healthcare who is passionate about supporting women leaders
Available to devote at least one year to mentorship
Ability to accept two 30-minute mentee meetings per month (more welcome)
Capable of providing direct feedback to mentees
Interested in contributing to the CSweetener network
Open to sharing information with us about their mentoring experience
Willing to make introductions or provide other opportunities for mentees to help them reach their goal
